languages are a cool thing to master.
it was an email i received from the infamous mazza rey which inspired me. the email read (special treat for all you arab speakers):
hey ya Tash
shofty ana et3alemt el araby, eih ra2yek el 3araby beta3y kewayes, ana ba7eb el blog beta3ek awyy
2olyly a7'barek we sebeely resala 3ala el blog beta3y.

"cute! i love that i (semi)understand arabic", i thought to myself.
in that moment i resolved my steel and finally enrolled my (semi)arab-illiterate self into an arabic class starting next week. i've been so excited about it that recently my dreams have been in arabic, and they've featured me teaching amr how to make feter.
so i'll be needing a bit of love and encouragement, and im looking forward to receiving plenty. yalla. yalla.

Hi Tash,
I notice you mention something called "feteer". I would like to know more about this. For example it would be useful to know how it is made and what it looks like. I hope you can help with this request
